When conducting an Estate Sale the event is typically held for two days in your home.

If you have a reputable company putting it on there will be days of preparation, organizing, pricing, cleaning, etc. When the sale begins potential buyers will be let into your home to view and possibly purchase your items.

Your items will be priced for a quick sale which is typically 25% to 50% of it's real value.

If your items have value you may want to consider another option.

What do you do with what is left over? 

 

 With auctions, final price is unknown. If the economy is strong and you have higher end desirable items and auction may be the way to go.

 Consigning, (appointments should be made 4 to 6 weeks in advance, see our consign page) arrangements are made for items to be picked up from your home so the traffic in and out of your house is minimal.

We've been in business over 20 years so we have the experience and knowledge required to properly price, and display your items. Our contracts are for one year, we command higher prices reflecting fair market value because we are not pressured to sell your items on a weekend. In a typical week we'll have several hundred customers come through our store. We spend thousands of dollars a month on advertising so we are constantly making ourselves known to new customers.
